Linnas Design, a hospitality company based in Kanazawa, Hokuriku, which operates Hotel LINNAS Kanazawa and whose mission is to "create a new local scene through the power of hospitality," has revamped its visual design tools. "LINNAS" has two meanings: one is "in the city" in Estonian, and the other is "to act with dignity" in Japanese. The design concept is to create a simple symbol mark that stands with dignity and exudes a presence that makes it seem "truly there." In addition to the newly revamped company envelopes, business cards, and hotel shop cards, the design concept has also been applied to company leaflets, playing an important role in the company's visual branding.
