Pertica Coffee is a cafe located on the first floor of S-TOKYO, a digital nomad community hub run by Linnas Design Inc. in Kodenmacho, Nihonbashi, Tokyo. Pertica means "perch" in Latin, and the name embodies the idea of creating a cafe where city dwellers and visitors can take a break and unwind. Linnas Design and MiKS, both based in Kanazawa, will create the same unique atmosphere here in Kodenmacho, Nihonbashi, Tokyo. The logo design, featuring a "P" as its trademark, iconicly expresses the comfort, opacity, and ambiguity of a loosely connected community. The overlapping tree branches, reminiscent of a "perch," watch over Pertica Coffee as the community expands. The cafe's interior is decorated with green furniture that matches the atmosphere of S-TOKYO above, and is adorned with expressive plants selected by Tokyo Kamon. The coffee beans served at Pertica Coffee are single-origin beans from Kanazawa roastery "Nonstop Coffee Stand & Roastery," and as of the time of opening, it is the only place in Tokyo where you can taste Nonstop Coffee's beans. The store is also decorated with works by Kanazawa-born artist Yoshinobu Omori, creating a cozy space that expresses the LINNAS spirit.
