Eight flavors themed around the four seasons and scenes of life in Kanazawa will be released sequentially from July 2025.

These crispy, bite-sized snowball cookies are made with plenty of Noto salt and spelt flour, and each one is packed with our gratitude. Thanks to your support, this long-selling product has been a hit since its launch in 2017, and now it has received a new package and design update.

In this latest renewal, the colors represent the rich seasonal daily life that colors Kanazawa life, and each color is accompanied by a story linked to it. The feelings of "thank you" can be more diverse and free. With this idea in mind, the eight colors and flavors depict new forms of gratitude.

With this renewal, we hope to provide a welcoming atmosphere for both those who have been familiar with us up until now and those who are meeting us for the first time.

We proceeded with the project hoping that the feeling of "thank you" would reach many people.

I would be delighted if these creatures, clothed in colorful scenery, could become a part of someone's everyday life.

We wanted to express the indescribable charm of the energy and cheerfulness that we sense from Kawaguchi-san, the representative of "GOOD FOR LIFE," by entrusting it to the scenery of Kanazawa, along with our standard product, the "Thank You Ball." This attempt was also a way to give form to our respect for the local area where we live. By searching anew for scenery that we might miss even if we live in Kanazawa, this project helped us to clarify the contours of our respect. We would be very happy if the feeling of "thank you" and "the rich daily life of Kanazawa," along with this scene that we happened to capture, can be connected to the future.

It all started with six muffins. Making sweets began with a comment from her husband, who runs a coffee stand in Kanazawa. In 2017, she was working as an aromatherapist at the time, but in 2022 she opened GOOD FOR LIFE to focus on making sweets. With the lack of plant-based and vegan-friendly sweets available, she created her own sweets through repeated experimentation and trial and error, filled with love and care so that everyone could enjoy them with peace of mind. She delivers sweets from Kanazawa, a castle town filled with calm, comfort, and vitality, where everyday life is thriving.

Tsutomu Yoshizaki (MiKS Co., Ltd.)

Born in Kanazawa. After studying architectural design and urban planning, he has been involved in practical and comprehensive interior design for commercial spaces, including landscape signs and exhibition displays. In 2022, he co-founded MiKS Inc. (located in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture; CEO: Tsutomu Yoshizaki), a creative company with the slogan "Capturing the unique, asking why," with Akihiro Matsushita, expanding his creative horizons. He has handled the art direction and design for the launch of Pertica Coffee in Kodenmacho, Nihonbashi; Rinne, a LIFULL-operated villa in Nasu-Shiobara; and Koza Startup Shopping Street in Koza, Okinawa. In the Ishikawa/Kanazawa area, he has worked on the Kanazawa Coffee Festival 2023, Kagayamanaka Onsen Ohanami Kyubei, and Jupransa, a select confectionery shop. In May 2025, he joined the professional guild TIDE.
